Glenn Scott Egli was born at a very young age; subsequently, with the passage of time, his years have multiplied, as have his experiences, knowledge, wisdom, and general aesthetic sensibilities.
He joined the ProStores team in June 2009, and was one of the top associates in his training class. He brings strong customer service experience to the support desk rooted in his background as a sole proprietor and his experience selling on eBay.
Glenn has spent countless hours between calls and off-hours developing his comp store in an effort to gain a better understanding of the design and functionality of the ProStores platform; this store has served as a valuable tool for customers as well as fellow tech support agents.
Building on his previous work experience in photography and the graphic arts, Glenn completed the ProStores Designer Certification, a process which he leveraged to gain even more knowledge of the ProStores platform and web design generally.
